Original Title: Blue Screen Windows 7 on hp Laptop

The last thing I remember doing before getting the Blue scree error message is to say no to Jucheck.exe.  Now I get the error message

Problem signature:

  Problem Event Name:                      BlueScreen

  OS Version:                                       6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

  Locale ID:                                          1033

 Additional information about the problem:

  BCCode:                                            1e

  BCP1:                                                 FFFFFFFFC0000005

  BCP2:                                                 FFFFFA8004D48BB0

 BCP3:                                                 0000000000000000

  BCP4:                                                 000000007EFA8000

  OS Version:                                       6_1_7601

  Service Pack:                                     1_0

  Product:                                            768_1

Files that help describe the problem:

  C:\Windows\Minidump\020913-29078-01.dmp                                       Cannot open this file

C:\Users(My user)\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-62322-0.sysdata.xml      Cannot filnd this file because I cant find AppData folder

Rolling back system to two previous dates did not solve the problem

Disabling driver check during startup did not solve problem.

The computer restarts OK in the safe mode or safe+Networking mode and does not crash.  The windows boots OK in the Normal mode, but crashes after about 20-30 seconds, both of which lead me to believe that it is some program in the startup that is crashing

During the actual blue screen before startup, which stays only for about 10-12 seconds, I could read that the problem was "Technical information. STOP  0x0000003B".  what does that mean.

    Hi Bansal,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    BCCode: 3b   0x0000003b

    Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Try removing and reseating all cards, memory, and cables (both ends when possible) - actually remove and replace - do not just snug (on a PC) and clean out the dust bunnies and vents. On a laptop about all that can be done is reset the memory and clean the vents. (Of course remove ALL power prior to opening the case.)

3b is usually a graphic's driver (display adapter/video driver), other possibilities include but are not limited to antivirus/antispyware/security programs and even memory (mapping).

    BCCode: 3b   0x0000003b

**Cause:**This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics driver’s crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Follow the suggestions listed below for a possible fix:

    Method 1:

Step 1: Boot into safe mode and check if the issue persists.

Start your computer in safe mode

Step 2: If the issue does not occur in safe mode, you may put your system in clean boot state (in normal mode) to troubleshoot the issue.

Place the computer in a clean boot state and then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: Follow the section “More information” to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot.
