I have never heard of "TRORM launcher". Can you check with Toshiba Support and see if it is one of their programs? If you locate the actual .exe on your machine and if you right-click and look at the Properties do you get any additional information about
the program such as who owns or created it?
As to the freezing problem, see what Task Manager can tell you about which process is using all the CPU cycles.

Have you checked the machine performance from Safe Mode, and if it improves, isolated any possible slowdown cause via a Clean Boot?
