What is the keyboard shortcut to rotate the screen?

From the issue description it seems the monitor screen got rotated when some key combinations on the keyboard were pressed by mistake. Thus, you are not able to use your mouse to find a way to rearrange the screen. Let me know if this is correct.

You can rearrange the screen by pressing the “Alt” + “Ctrl” + “Up Arrow” keys on the keyboard simultaneously.

This will bring the screen in the right position as you had it earlier.

I understand the shortcut but isn't there something else that has to do with the 'Screen' option under setting? Mine has a lock on it, it won't rotate and I don't know how to unlock it.
