Original title: helpctr.exe error

I found the KB dealing with the error when Windows cannot find the 'helpctr.exe' file. The problem is that there is no "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/App Paths" key in my registry. What do I do now?
