I can't find a bluetooth device in my laptop(DELL VOSTRO 3400). when i tried to install a driver for bluetooth device it says to turn on bluetooth device. But i can't find it in control panel. I have enabled bluetooth device and wireless device on in BIOS setting on start-up. what should I do??? I have recently installed windows 8 in my laptop.

Your bluetooth device is external--mouse, phone, etc. Plug in your bluetooth device. Not all computers have a bluetooth adapter since on some models it is optional. Did it work before in windows 7? If it worked before, get the win 8 driver from Dell downloads. Check device manager and see if bluetooth is listed under network adapters.
