Hello, MichaelKellyZD,
You need to start your own thread in order to receive personalized service.
Because it continues to appear, I advise you to turn off system restore prior to running the malicious software removal tool
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310405
First, reboot your computer and begin tapping F8 key
Select Safe Mode with Networking
Download the following tool and run a full scan

As a precautionary measure, run a full scan using this online scanner.

When finished, reboot and let Windows load. Remember to re-enable system restore.
Download CCleaner: It has an uninstaller to uninstall unwanted programs. It removes unused files from your system. It contains a fully featured registry cleaner. Use it to remove traces of SpeedyPC Pro
"Silent Dispatcher" is a trojan virus. It was pinching all my passwords. It also came up as another name:- "Strikeforce". Windows defender says it's been removed. I had downloaded " Speedypcpro", but when I went to delete this program, it left something behind, called "soeedypcpro". My system tells me it is there; windows defender tells me it's not. Every time I try to get rid of soeedypcpro, it eludes me. I have to sign in to everything all the time, because now no program will keep me signed in. It's just a real pain, especially if you've got a lot of accounts!
