- How did you install the program?
- Do you get any error message?
- What exactly happens when you try to access the program?
- Did you make any changes in the computer prior to the issue?
- Are you using a CD/DVD or using a downloaded file to install?
6. Have you installed it or have problems installing it ?
Here are a few steps which you can follow:
Method 1:
Check the compatibility of the program in Windows compatibility center.

Method 2:
If program is not compatible install the program in compatibility mode.
Steps:
a. Right-click on the set up file, and choose Properties
b. In the Properties dialog, choose the Compatibility tab
c. Select the compatibility mode and other options you want to apply like (XP, Vista, Windows 7) and then click
OK.
Method 3:
Place the computer in clean boot and try to install the program

Note: Reset the computer to start as normal. Refer step 3.
