Hi,

  1. Did you check the device manager and see what error the device shows?
  2. Did you try in a different USB port?

i got it fixed, i powered off my desktop and removed all connections input output and only put the main ones back on, ok then i  ean a new hardware app for each of the new hardware  , came to the keyboard and i had to specify the winsows32 driver imf for hid devices it found all the drivers it needed, i hope everyone realizes if your usb stops responding, it can be that it just needs a hardware reset as i first described, it starts all usb off refreshed, it works for me so now i have used it on a few machines i got it in my brain permanantly      ernie wain

Do you happen to know the keyboard model number? I'm looking on the Rii mini keyboard website, and it looks like there are only three models currently being sold, and there is only one that specifies that it works in a PC operating system.

The Rii Touch N7 which is "Compatible with all major operating systems and game consoles"

There is also the Rii Touch 330 - "Compatible with Xbox 360, PS3, and other gaming consoles" and "Windows Mobile and Android Phones"

And the Rii Touch 240 - "Perfect for large TVs and projector screens"

So first of all, you'll want to make sure you have that first one I listed.

    Hi,

    1. Did you make any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
    2. Do you receive any error message on the computer?
    3. Were you able to install other USB devices on the computer?

You may install the drivers\software from the manufacturer website to check.
