Scrolldown to the USB Device with the Exclamation mark on it in the yellow triangle

Next select USB Root Hub
Right click on it and click Uninstall
Do that for all the USB Root Hub that are there
After they are all uninstalled, shut down your computer completely. Pull out power cord and if it has a battery then remove it. Press the Power button for a few seconds to drain any power left in the system. Wait 5 minutes and reinstall the battery, Plug in the Power cord and restart the computer.
Once you get full boot, go to www.microsoft .com and select downloads and then select Microsoft Update. Minimise the page.
Next plug in your USB device and let Windows download the drivers automatically for the device. It should work fine.
