As per the description, it seems that the Visioneer Onetouch 9320 USB scanner does not work on your Windows 8 computer even after installing its latest drivers.
The Windows Compatibility Center shows that the device is incompatible with Windows 8. Check this link:

I also checked the Visioneer website and found that the scanner model that you are using is a very old model and it has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The drivers for this device is available only for Windows XP / 2000 / Me /
98SE. So, it does not seem to work on Windows 8. But, let’s try if the scanner works if the drivers are installed in the Windows XP Compatibility mode.
I would suggest you to download and save the latest driver for the scanner from this link:

After saving the driver setup file on the computer, check the article and follow the steps in this link to install the drivers in the Windows XP compatibility mode:
