USB serial driver for windows 7 64bits

has anybody found a solution to use USB to serial driver on Windows 7 64bits ? as far as as I know, there is no working driver available :

Windows for home | Previous Windows versions | Windows update

    • Who is the manufacturer of the USB to serial adapter?

    The drivers individually depend on the device manufacturer.

    I would suggest that you check if the device is compatible with Windows 7 or not, you may refer the link below:

    If the device is compatible with Windows 7, you may try connecting the device to the USB port and try updating the drivers and check.

    found some for  64 bits that work. I can't find one for 32 big gigaware/ radioshack that works !
