Games for Windows Live (GFWL) on Windows 8

Hi amateurs!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately Ive got this inferior useless win8.1 on my computer and today Ive installed Virtua Tennis 4 on it. It asks to install this Games for Windows Live and Marketplace to my computer. I did it and when I run Virtua Tennis 4 it gives a message "failed to initialize games for windows live, application will now close". Then Ive tried to sign in with games for windows live but it says: "not able to sign in because one or more of you windows components are missing. try troubleshooter for your problem". When I try to troubleshoot, it drives me to a microsoft link which gives me "error 404, page can not be found" Congratulations!!! This prooves that the programmers of microsoft are novice bums! Your own programme doesnt run on your own s***** OS. What do you think about yourselves???? Just to make a new OS after Win7 (to tell the truth it was surprisingly quite a good OS) which is compatible also with Pcs and tablets you felt you are allowed to create a s\*\*\*\*\* OS like Win98 was back in the past??? And instead of correcting this bum win8.1 with updates and hotfixes you take effort on creating useless additionals to windows live (which doesnt work properly either) like windows marketplace and whatever.....Wow I`m really helped out with this marketplace, it solved all of my problems and faults of Win8.1!!! I recommend everyone to forget win8.1 and get back to win7...the only product of microsoft which can be entitled as "a good programme and OS".

I don't find it helpful for me. since I also read if GFWL has discontinued.

FYI, once, I had installed game which require GFWL to save/log-in and play the game (RE5) on my laptop win8.1. it's works. then, couple time ago, I re-installed it again, on the same laptop same os, and I got these error and cannot log-in into GFWL in-game and cannot load my save. there's nothing happen each time I press 'Home' button to pop-up the GFWL menu. I had updates all necessary programs such as Visual C++, DirectX, and others. but the problem still remain. I even do clean install for GFWL or the game, and even my laptop. I wonder what the heck is wrong with it.

For your info, this has NOTHING to do with XBOX!! But with "Games for Windows Live" that works on systems upto windows XP/7/Vista.

It however doesnt work on windows 8 or windows 8.1 and you do not provide people with the means to run the games bought for XP/VIsta/Win7 to run them on Win8/Win8.1 or higher..

So come on and be real and post a link to the Games for Windows Live client for Win8 instead of referring people to another forum page!
