To help you suggest more steps to resolve the issue, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:
- What is the security software installed on your computer?
- Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?
- Does this issue occur while connecting it through a wired network?
Please follow the below methods and check the issue:
Method 1:
Run Network troubleshooter.
a. Press “windows Key + W”. from the start screen
b. Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and hit enter.
c. Select “Network and Internet” option
d. First select “Internet connections” troubleshooter.
e. Follow the on-screen instructions.
f. Then select “Network Adapter” troubleshooter and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 3:
Try resetting TCP/IP.
Reset TCPIP and check if it works.
Follow the steps
a) Boot to the desktop view.
b) Open command prompt, right click in the left corner when the Start window appear and select command prompt (admin).
c) At the command prompt, copy and paste (or type) the following command and then press ENTER:
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Note: If you do not want to specify a directory path for the log file, use the following command:
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
d) Reboot the computer.
Method 4:
Also I would suggest you to try updating the drivers for the Wireless Network adapter and check if that helps.
Follow the steps provided below to update the drivers.
a) Drag the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the ‘Start icon’.
b) Select ‘device manager’.
c) Right-click on the ‘Wireless Network adapter’ and click on ‘Update driver software’.

Make sure that there are no interferences between the router and the computer.
Sometime interferences like cordless phones, thick walls and other wireless devices can hinder the wireless connection speed.
