Xerox Phaser 3116 is compatiblewith Windows 7.
- What exactly happens when you say it won't work?
- What steps did you try?
Let's try to uninstall printer drivers along with any software that came with it and reinstall them with the latest available drivers & software from the printer manufacturer’s website.
