my anti virus keep detecting this C:\Users\lenovo\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\6XEOPBIC.txt as harmful cookie.
is this dangerous,how to get rid of these?

Since cookies are not malware you probably need to ask your antivirus provider why it considers a cookie to be dangerous. You can contact their support forum for advice.
