    I had never heard of this, so did a search. Apparently this is part of a Kaspersky Labs tool, KidoKiller

    You'll find the various downloads under the disinfection topic. The tool is apparently widely available from 3rd party shareware download sites. You may want to familiarize yourself with www.bing.com or a search engine of your choosing.
