Microsoft has no say in this issue, it is not their product and you did't buy it form them. If you can't get in touch with whomever you purchased it from, contact your bank and dispute the charges.

hi i signed up with mypcbackup on the 2/4/2013 tried to cancel . but they do not reply is there any thing i can do to get my money refunded..thank you regards richard.
