It appears that your computer has both a wired (10/100 Mbps) card (adapter), and a Wireless adapter.

You do not need to have both of them enabled (you only need to enable one of them).

Your wired connection will most likely be faster (100 Mbps) than your wireless connection. It will also not be subject to interference from your neighbors.

Wireless connections are convenient for portability, but can suffer interference from your neighbor's wireless connections, and/or have degraded performance depending upon the distance and obstructions that esist between your computer and your wireless router.

If your computer is a desktop, you may want to consider using the wired adapter and disabling the wireless adapter.

If your computer is portable (such as a laptop), then you may want to use (enable) the wireless adapter and disable the wired (Ethernet) adapter.
