    Where do you see it?  Context matters.

    For example, if you are talking about a folder on your computer, that's the default location where webpages are published if you are running the web-site-hosting feature called IIS (Internet Information Services), allowing you to publish websites and make them available to the world. INETPUB stands for "internet publishing".
