    Hi Anubhav,

I would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions to guide you in the right direction:

    1.      When do you get this error message?

    2.      Was it working fine?

    3.      Were there any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?

It appears that Virtua Tennis 3 is not compatible with Windows 7. To verify the same click here.

I would suggest you to install the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

    a.    Right click on the game setup file and then select “Properties”.

    b.    Choose the “Compatibility” tab.

    c.    Place a check mark on “Run this program in compatibility mode”.

    d.    Choose “Windows XP” or “Vista” according to your download.

    e.    Click on “Apply” and then “Ok”.

    f.    Try to install the program and check.

If you are unable to install the game, you may need to get in touch with manufacturer.

Please update us with the results and we will be glad to help you further.
