Need more help? Please provide more information about your system and your problem.
- Type System Information in the Search box, and when found, click the link.
- Click your mouse in the System Information window then Select All (CTRL+A) and Copy (CTRL+C)
- Open a Reply window here, click in it and then Paste (CTRL+V) the data from System Information
- Click the + next to "Components" then click the + next to "Network" then click "Adapter"
- Click in the right pane of System Information then Select All (CTRL+A) and Copy (CTRL+C)
- Click in the Reply window below the data you previously pasted then Paste (CTRL+V) the data from System Information about your network adapter(s)
- Click "Problem Devices" then click in the right pane of System Information then Select All (CTRL+A) and Copy (CTRL+C)

You need at least the LAN driver. If the reason that you don't have the driver for your Ethernet adapter is that you did a clean installation of Windows, then you will need additional drivers as well. You might want to download and run the "Hardware Vendor Detection Utility" from the same page.
Installing the chipset driver may address the issue with the two USB "unknown devices" indicated at the end of your report.
