This is the response I received from Xerox. It was not useful at all. The global drivers they refer do not work either. As a matter of fact the recommended driver will print out pages and pages of gibberish.

Thank you for contacting the North American E-mail Support Team.
Please try these steps :
Click on the [Start] menu, and then select [Devices and Printers].
Right-click on the printer icon, and then select [Printer Properties].
The Print Driver Properties window will be displayed.
Click on the [Options] tab.
Click on [Basic Printing Mode] to make the Configuration pull-down menu available.
Select the correct printer model from the pull-down menu.
Click on the [Apply] button.
Click on the [OK] button.
Close the Devices and Printers window.
If it does not work then remove and reinstall the driver using the Xerox Global print driver :
