Unable to print as it says 0 Documents pending for Printing using Printer Deskjet 970 Cxi

Original Title: My Printer Deskjet 970 Cxi

Guys Need Help,

i have downloaded the driver for printer and everything is installed. It also says Ready for Use, But when i give  the Print Option, it still says 0 Documents pending for Printing. Please tell me what to do as mY exam is tomorrow...........

Hi,

It appears that you are facing issues with printing.

  • Which Opearting System is installed on your computer?
  • Have you made any changes on the computer prior to this issue?

Method 1: I would suggest you to follow the steps from the link to run the troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Open the Printer troubleshooter

Method 2: I would also suggest you to follow the steps from the link and check if the issue persists.
