I have no problem usin my Origin account and was able to get to my account. Something happennd I don't know if Origin or my computer, but now I cannot access my account or play my games on Origin. It is giving me an error saying that "An unexpected error has occurred. Please restart Origin and try again." I've contacted EA and Origin regarding this matter, but they haven't been able to resolve the issue.

You may uninstall and reinstall the Origin program and check if that does the trick.

Tried both. Neither worked. EA forum is a joke when it comes to getting answers. I don't know why the program would be automatically on a new windows 8 computer and not work from the start. What gives???

Had the same problem
fixed it by turning off Giga Bite OC Guru and Cloud server (windows 8)
I can know log on and use Origin.
If you try somthing similar you mite be lucky and be up and running again Good Luck.
