Keys work incorrectly on new Wedge Mobile Keyboard

Original Title - wedge mobile keyboard

I am in the UK. I have just received my Wedge Mobile Keyboard an hour ago from Amazon and some of the keys are marked wrong.  When I want @ I pressed shift 2 (as shown on the keys) but I got " instead to get @ I had to press shift '

Can anyone help please
