I tried to open a pdf file in my email, but a pop-up says  " Acrobat failed to load its Core DLL"  This is the first time I have ever had this happen. What does it mean, and how do I fix it? I tried  downloading Adobe, but it didn't help. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

    Hi,

Were there any changes made to the computer prior to the issue?

Please uninstall all the instance of Adobe reader and Acrobat reader and install the latest version and check if it helps.

    Refer to the links
