Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me please, I have a acer v5-571P touch screen laptop which is only a month old and it runs on windows 8.A week or so ago the wifi was saying limited and I struggled to connect to the Internet, I occasionally did after disconnecting and retrying etc, then I went to use my laptop about 4 days ago and every Internet page I tried to use says page cannot be displayed, and it just keeps trying to load when I refresh but never actually loads any Internet page. I know its not the wireless router as all the other items like phones and other laptops have no problem using the internett. Also my laptop now says I have full connectivity but I cant use the Internet and I tried trouble shooting but it says no problems Identified. Any help would be much appreciated as I really need the Internet for my coursework etc.

Many thanks

Thank you for your response, in response to your questions:

    1. I am using the Internet explorer that was already on the laptop when purchased I simply click on the Internet tab on the bottom of the desktop to use the Internet.
    2. I recently installed the Microsoft office free trial and it expired a few days ago and now I can only view documents and not edit them as I need to purchase the full Microsoft office when I have the money.
    3. I can not use any website , it is not specific to any page, the Internet just does not connect despite having full connection to wifi.
    4. originally the message said this page cannot be displayed. When I open the Internet it shows the loading symbol at the top on the Internet page for quite a few minutes and then says 'this page can't be displayed an then says : make sure that the web address is correct, look for the page with your search engine and refresh the page in a few minutes then it has the option to fix connection problems." but none of the options fix it.

I also tried trouble shooting like you recommended but it says no problems could be identified.

Any further help would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks
