Poker Star won' t open / play why is that ??

This morning I try to play poker   and boom I could not open it   . What could be blocking it ???

I open the game  it instead of loading it freeze I have to reboot my computer .

    Hi Sylvie,

    Please answer these questions so we can help you better. I found numerous games with a name similar to the one you face an issue with.

    1. What is the exact name of the game and who is the developer?
    2. Were any changes made to the computer prior to the issue?

    Lets try to play the game when the computer is in clean boot. In clean boot only Microsoft services will run so if there is anything conflicting with the game we can find out what it is.

    Please refer to the steps on this article to perform a clean boot.

    Hi Sylvie,

    Do you get an error message?

    Is there a third party antivirus installed on the computer?

    You can contact PokerStars for further support as there could be an issue with the game since no changes were made to the system.

    It did not work   .

    I have uninstall poker star    and then re-installed it   still not working .

    I open poker star and  it wont go anywhere   after the top page open wont load at all .

    Also , why is it so difficult to play game in facebook ??

    They keep telling me to get google chrome .

    I for one  hate google chrome  but right now it is the only way I can play the game .

    I wish I could get help from Microsoft  but I refuse to pay for it .

    I cannot wait to get  an apple computer none of my friends have these kind of problems .

    I just have to be patient with this one. But in the mean time  Microsoft sucks big time   I cannot do anything  with it .
