Creative D100 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker

I have a Creative D100 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker which is similar to this model.

I got Code 28 and having problems to install the driver.

I do not understand if Creative provide the driver as I can still detect the Device in my Bluetooth devices.

Please advice.

    Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
    2. Are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices?
    3. Did you try connecting the device on another computer and check if it works?

    Error Code 28 corresponds to the drivers for the device is not installed.

    Creative Bluetooth speakers do not need any driver to operate. You may need to update the Bluetooth driver of your computer's built-in Bluetooth adapter.
