Alright, so I tried getting my computer to Safe Mode, (With only keyboard and mouse plugged in) but it keeps going to a screen saying, "Windows is loading files". It then restarts, and continues the loop of going to Windows Error Recovery.
My computer keeps going into Windows Error Recovery
Hi there,
So out of nowhere my computer started to glitch up, it would freeze up and show random colored bars, I then shut it off, then turned in back on. When I turned it on again, more of the colored bars showed up, the computer then went into the Windows Error Recovery screen. No matter which option I selected (Launch Startup Repair, or Start Normally) the screen went back to the Windows Error Recover screen.
The next day I turned my computer on, and chose the Start Normally option The computer started up normally as if nothing ever happened. After 30 minutes or so the screen showed the same colored bars as before, and went back into the loop of Windows Error Recovery. Now the Launch Startup Repair is working, but I'm not sure what I should do from here. Help?

2013-08-07T19:59:42+00:00 Hi Faynei,
Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
Method 1: I would suggest you to disconnect all the external devices except mouse and keyboard and check if you are facing the issue.
Method 2:
Step 1: I would suggest you to boot the computer into safe mode and check if you are facing the issue. safe mode Starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services. If a problem doesn't reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic device drivers and services as possible causes.
Windows Startup Settings (including safe mode)

Step 2: If the issue is fixed in safe mode, then I would suggest you to perform clean boot and remove the programs that is causing the issue.

Note: Follow How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot from article KB929135 to reset the computer to normal mode.
Do get back and let us know the status of the issue, I will be glad to help you further. We, at Microsoft strive towards excellence.

ಠ_ಠ I can't do Startup Repair, because it won't let me. That's why I came here to, hopefully, get some help.
