AMD Radeon HD 6500M/5600/5700 Series (code43) problem.

On my laptop,in device manager,display adapters,on AMD Radeon HD 6500M/5600/5700 Series there's a yellow symbol on it.When opening properties of graphic card it is showing:-Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).Help me to solve this prblem. I also tried to install drivers,but someone is not working someone is working but there is no change in device manager.And no game is runing in fulscreen mode because of this problem.

    Hey Vishnu,

    This seems to be a driver issue. Amd Radeon HD display driver needs to be reinstalled in order to fix this issue.

    I would suggest you to go to device manager and uninstall the Amd Radeon HD  driver by right clicking on it and click on uninstall.

    You may be prompted to uninstall the device software. Press yes to continue.

    Once you uninstall the driver, you may be asked to restart the computer. Do not restart.

    Go to Programs and Features in Control Panel  and check if there is any software related to AMD shown in Uninstall a Program window. If yes, then uninstall it and restart the computer.

    Go to the following website and then download the driver based on the computer model type

    http://www.amd.com/us/products/notebook/graphics/ati-mobility-hd-5700/Pages/ati-mobility-hd-5700.aspx

    Once the driver is installed, restart the computer.

    Go to device manager to confirm if the driver is installed successfully.
