Replace receiver for Arc Touch Mouse

I have a Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse, and I lost the wireless transceiver.  Can anyone let me know where I can get a replacement? I do not mind paying for one, but it does not make sense to buy another new Arc Touch Mouse.  I stay in Singapore, and no one has given me a satisfactory answer.  Thanks.

    Hi,

You need to get in touch with the Microsoft Replacement center to check if you can get a replacement.

For further information, refer the article:

My husband had a similar problem. This is what I did.

Removed batteries from mouse and then reseated them again.

Plugged the new transceiver into the 3.0 USB port.

While holding both the left and right mouse buttons, I arced it to turn on. I saw it blinked 5 times.

My Win7 computer then began to set up new hardware. be patient it can take a few minutes.

Once the setup is complete the mouse worked perfectly again.

A few tips, be sure the laser eye is not obstructed, mine have picked up lint and the becomes erratic.

    Hope this helps!

I own two of these mice, I had one receiver on a laptop and one on a desktop, the receiver worked with both mice so I call bull on this one of a snowflake kind pairing. My girlfriend lost of and I misplaced one myself so this is a bummer to hear this run around. I don't think I will be purchasing another even though I like the product this is lame.

Thank you very much Lilcoop2 - This information was VERY USEFUL.

I called from US to the 800 number listed, customer service answered very quick, they were very friendly.

I provide them the serial number of my mouse (it is below the battery compartment) - I told them that I have with me the nano receiver and that I broke it by accident - they checked the warranty of my mouse with the serial number provided.

Solution: They will send me a brand new Arch Mouse to my home; after I have receive it, I need to send my old mouse with the nano receiver broke to Microsoft (I need to pay the shipping expense only for the mouse that I will send) and I can use any mail courier. It will take few days since this mouse is in back order - they will shipped via FedEx.

Great customer service Microsoft - Kudos!! ;-)

It is now July of 2014.  Has anyone seen a definitive answer from Microsoft as to whether or not it is possible to get a replacement USB transceiver for the Arc Touch Mouse or do we just trash it?
