my epson printer will not print. my ink level light is flashing red. I can not find out where to check ink levels. refilled black it felt low. when I troubleshoot it says I have a print job in the print queue that is preventing other jobs from printing. Trouble shooting said it fixed it by restarting the spool. but when I viewed the printer the job was still there it  said it was paused at 1 of 10 pages. I tried to cancel print job it went to 2/10 pages deleted then wont go any further. I tried to cancel print job several times. went back to troubleshooting and now it says it cant identify problem

It may be the printer is faulty and the cost of repair may be greater than its' value, however, before you give up on it try uninstalling it and removing it from programs and devices, reboot and run a registry cleaner - Auslogics have a free one- then reinstall and see what happens.

Epson printers will not let you print if you need to change a cartridge so you will have to get some ink first up.

To clear the print job go to the point of clicking clear all print jobs and while it is sitting there doing nothing pull the power cable from the back of the printer, that usually works.

You should be able to check your ink levels in printer properties/maintenance.

tried this. put in all 4 new ink, even though some felt full. went to check print jobs in progress they were all gone, so it is deleting print jobs, slowly but deleting. I still can not print. when I try the error button on the printer lights up and flashes. there is no where to check what the error is and there is no place to even check my ink levels. I have checked my driver and it says I have the most up to date driver available.
