Need product key for downloaded Windows XP Pro x64 trial

I downloaded the trial version of Windows XP Pro x64 recently but I can't install it without a product key. Where can I buy a product key?

    I presume Microsoft has discontinued that program (if it even existed). Bottom line is you can't get a trial key. Sorry.

    From where did you download Win XP Pro x64?

    My Win XP Pro x64 CD is damaged and I can't extract a few files for a good clean install.

    I would like to download the program to extract the files that can't be copied from my distribution CD.
