CyberLink PowerDVD---says there might be malware but there isn't

I bought a Rosewill USB 3.0 blu ray player.  I installed the Media Suite that came with it.  When I try to play a blu ray DVD, the message says:

Power DVD 10

The integrity of CyberLink  Power DVD is at risk.

Check with your anti virus software for malicious activities or try reinstalling CyberLink power DVD

I've check Norton twice and no malware is showing.  I've also reinstalled MediaSuite 10 several times.  Yet I keep getting this message and can't play the blu ray movie.

What should I do?

Hi,

If your system has been compromised, Norton won't detect it.

Reboot and begin tapping F8 key at Manufacturer's logo screen

Select Safe Mode with Networking

Download the following and run a full scan

http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

When finished, reboot

  1. uninstall PDVD 10
  2. run cleaner for PDVD 10

Cleaner

  1. install PDVD 10 again
  2. instll the patch offered by PowerDVD
