HP Printer B110 reads ' Ink system failure 0xc19a0020 turn off and on' .

hp printer reads ' Ink system failure 0xc19a0020 turn off and on'  Makes no difference! Please help

Was printing and then stopped and the above error was shown . Have taken cartridges in and out and turned on and off several times including from the mains.
