    Hello.

I have the same problem. It appears everytime when i try to install a program and this happen only to specific software firm. I tried to launch 4 or 5 different softwares the same production and i get runtime error.

    win7 x64

    core-i 7

    nvidia geforce gt 640m

Its software for music production, mostly digital synthesizers

Issue appears only to apps which are the same production i described above

I haven't any security software, just windows protection brandmauer :)

There was issue from the beginning of using the laptop. It was win8 first i decided that the problem in OS but installing of win7 did not solve the problem

    Hi DautZhantasov,

A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents a program from working correctly. Runtime errors might cause you to lose information in the file you're working on, cause errors in the file (corrupt the file) so you can't work with it, or prevent you from using a feature. Unlike stop errors, runtime errors don't typically cause Windows or a program to stop working.

Runtime errors can occur if you are running two software programs that aren't compatible, if your computer has memory problems, or if the computer has been infected with malicious software.

What is a runtime error?: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/what-is-a-runtime-error

Boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if you are able to install. A clean boot helps to verify if any third party application service or startup item is causing this issue.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7, Windows 8:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow steps under “How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot” in the article to boot to normal startup.

    Thanks.
