    Hi,

I request you to answer a few questions, so that we can diagnose this issue correctly:

    1.     Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

    2.     What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

    Here’s what you can try:

Method 1: Please refer to the steps given in this link:

Show or hide the Recycle Bin

Method 2: Try resetting and rebuilding the Icons Cache and check if Recycle Bin comes back.

To Reset Icon cache follow the below mentioned steps:

    a.     Right click on empty area of the desktop and click on Personalize.

    b.     Click on the Display Properties link.

    c.      Under Colors, select Medium (16-bit) and click on Apply.

NOTE: If you already have Medium (16-bit) selected, then select Highest (32-bit) instead. If you have Highest (32-bit) selected, then select Medium (16-bit) and restart the computer.

To Rebuild icon cache follow the below mentioned steps:

    a.     Open a Windows Explorer window.

    b.     Open Folder Options to select (dot) Show hidden files and folders.

    **c.**Go to C:\Users\ (User Name)\AppData\Local.

    d.     Right click on IconCache.db and click on Delete and then click on Yes.

**NOTE:**This deletes the file to the Recycle Bin. It is safe to empty the Recycle Bin when finished.

Empty the recycle bin and restart the computer.

**NOTE:**If for some reason IconCache.db is not there or the size has not changed much, then just restart the computer again. You may need to restart a couple of times in some cases.

Please get back to us with the status of the issue.

Right Click on an empty space on your desktop->View->Tick Show desktop icons

Right Click again->Personalize->Change desktop icons->Tick Recycle Bin(If already ticked then untick it->Apply->OK and follow this step again) and untick Allow themes to change desktop icons->Apply ->OK

    See if these helps.
