    Hi Chan,

It could be an issue with the driver for the Bluetooth device installed on the laptop. It could also be an issue related to the Bluetooth settings when you try to connect to the laptop from the phone.

Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

I would suggest you to check if for the settings to pair the computer with the Bluetooth device.

    Follow the methods:

    Method 1:

You can refer to the link to check for the settings and allow the Bluetooth device to find the computer:

Refer to the section “Why can't I connect my Bluetooth device to my computer?”

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/add-a-bluetooth-or-other-wireless-or-network-device-frequently-asked-questions

If the issue still persists, you can proceed to method 2.

    Method 2:

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth device. Follow the steps:

Note: Make sure that you have the setup for the Bluetooth device driver to reinstall the driver.

    a)      Press Windows and R key together and type “devmgmt.msc” in the run box.

    b)      Locate the Bluetooth device and expand the driver icon.

    c)       Right Click on the driver icon and select Uninstall.

    d)      Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall the driver.

    e)      Locate the folder that contains the setup file for the driver.

    f)       Double Click on the setup file and follow the onscreen instructions to reinstall the driver.

Check if the phone device is able to connect with the laptop.

If not, move ahead with method 3.

    Method 3:

I would suggest you to refer to the manufacturer website to check for the latest driver for the Bluetooth device. Refer to the link to do so:

    http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/in/en/04/Product/inspiron-14r-n4110

You can refer to the link for reference:

    Hope it helps.
