I was installed Bluetooth drives (Dell Latitude E6400) OS: win 7 64bit, if i going to add new Bluetoothe divice its not searching and if i try to add this pc to in my Mobile it is not pairing

I had installed Bluetooth drives (Dell Latitude E6400), OS: win 7 64bit,  

if i going to add new Bluetoothe divice in my laptop , my Laptop unable to deducting  and if i try to add my laptop in my Mobile  its unable to pair with my phone.

Please tell me how to solve this issue

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. Did you check the issue status by uninstalling Bluetooth driver?
    2. Do you have Windows 7 disc with you?

    I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver and check the issue status. Refer to the following link to know more about uninstalling Bluetooth driver.

    I would also suggest you to perform SFC scan and check the issue status.

    i tried every thing, what ever Bluetooth device it is not pairing and it showing something drivers not installed (windows security & Pnp drivers) 

    my laptop unable to finding other devices.......

    1. Did you face same issue with all Bluetooth device?
    2. Is this issue confined to phone?

It checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly. Refer to the following method and check the issue status.

    I would also suggest you to uninstall and re-install the Bluetooth device driver and check the issue status.
