Unable to register comdlg32.ocx

Original title: comdlg32.ocx

Im trying to register comdlg32.ocx but when I type this on command prompt:

regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx

I get:

The module ''C:\Windows\System32\comdlg32.ocx'' was loaded but the call to DLLRegisterServer failed with error code 0x8002801c.

and I have full access, im an administrator, I looked for hours on the web and tried everything but nothing fixes the problem

I have a windows 8 laptop 64 Bit.

    Hi,

    Run the command :

    a. Type Command prompt on the start screen

    b. Select "Run as Administrator"

    c. Type regsvr32.exe hit enter.

    d. Try to re-register. (regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx)

    Pls post the exact error message that occurred when running the regsvr32 command. Also, mention the full command-line you used, and your Operating System version and bitness (32bit or 64bit).
