    Your options include using the USB cable included with camera or you can remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into an SD card reader if one is a part of your computer.

    If you use the USB cable, the camera should show up in Devices and Printers (Start menu), you can then browse the camera and copy any videos or pictures from the camera. This can also be done through Windows Explorer.

    I did all that and it says ther is no driver but canon says no driver is available for  os 7 and it must be included in the os or none needed but that is false  what next
