    Hi Parthasarathy,

    1.      Have you checked the services if they are stopped as the report suggests?

    2.      Are you facing any performance related issues on the computer?

Check if any of the services are stopped.  If the services are stopped, you can follow these steps to start them.

    a. Press ‘Windows key + R’, type ‘services.msc’ and press ‘OK’.

    b. Check the services that are stopped.

    c. If you find the services that are stopped, then

click ‘Start’ to start the service

    d. Click OK.

    Also, refer : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc749249(v=ws.10).aspx

Follow the steps and let us know if that helps.  If the issue persists, reply and we will be happy to help you.
