Epson Stylus SX430W - Error E-01

I have a Epson Stylus SX430W Series printer every time I turn it on it comes up with Error E-01 turn printer off and wont let me do anything at all have changed the Ink cartridges nothing has helped, has anyone got any ideas  I need help Asap thanks carol

    Your best bet is to contact Epson as we only support Microsoft products and they know their printers the best.
