I would suggest you uninstall all the Canon products and drivers installed from the computer and then install the latest drivers from Canon website and check if that helps.
- Uninstall the Printer driver.
- Physically disconnect your Canon multifunction printer from your computer.
- Press the Windows key and the R key together so that it opens the Run prompt.
- Type devmgmt.msc to open Device manager.
- Locate the scanner, right-click on it and select properties.
- On the driver tab, click on uninstall to uninstall the driver.
- Restart the computer.
2. Uninstall all the Canon products installed on the computer.
