Runescape does not have access to the internet and the firewall has blocked it.

Dear everyone reading this,

I have been wanting to play Runescape and i downloaded the desktop short cut, but whenever i open it, it says the program does not have access to the internet and the firewall has blocked it. is there anything i can do to let me open it? also, i have McAfee.

    Hi,

    You may need to add the exception to the firewall to continue with the game. It is likely that McAfee might be blocking the program to access the Internet.

    I would suggest you to open McAfee and on the 'Firewall' page, click on 'restore the default settings'.  You may check if the issue is resolved.
