ERROR (System.Diagnostics.process.start) when attempting to download a Malware software. How do I fix

HELP,  I get this error when trying to download any type of software  from the internet  (system.componentmodel.Win32exception: The system cannot find the file specified at System.Diagnostics.process.startwithshellExecuteEx(processstartinfostartinfo) at systems.diagnostics.process.start() systems.diagnostics.process.start (processstartinfo startinfo)systems.diagnostics.process.start(Stringfilename, string arguments at my downloader.IEPlugin.IEMD.download(string url)

I need to know how to fix this error

    Hi Kimberlee,

    Which web browser are you using to download?

    You appear to have a third-party downloader add-on installed.

    Let’s test the issue.  If you are using Internet Explorer, follow these steps and check the issue.

    To determine whether the error is caused by an add-on, run Internet Explorer in "No Add-Ons" mode. To do this, follow these steps:

    a.    Click Start, and then type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box.

    b.    Click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Internet Explorer opens without add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.

    c.    Now, try to download and check if it helps.

    If it is working correctly, then, follow these steps to uninstall the plugin.

    a.       Click Start, click on Control Panel.

    b.       Click Add or remove programs.  

    c.        If MyDownloader is listed, uninstall it.
