It is something that Dell installs to aid with remote connections when giving getting support (presumably from Dell).
I don't like remote support and would install it if I had a Dell..
I wish I was able to uninstall it ... I've tried numerous times but it says I cannot uninstall ...
If you know how, I would appreciate your letting me know.
That's what I'm about to do being my warranty runs out in 30 days. If you're sys isn't still under warranty or plan on having DELL take control of your computer to help you fix anything, I would uninstall it. That's just me. I'm NOT an IT guy. Just a user for 20 years.
