Security Warning box constantly popping up in Outlook

A security warning box keeps popping up on Outl;ook/Hotmail preventing me from doing anything! Hitting yes or no does nothing. Must repeatedly hit Xbox and it takes forever to closem, then pops up again shortly. How do I stop this?

    Dear sandynapoleon-hudson, 

    To disable this security warning, try the following steps:

    Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run > Copy and Paste the following command in the open box and press Enter.

    Outlook /safe

    If Outlook safe works as expected, disable the add-ins for it using the following steps:

    a) Click on File menu, click Options > Add-ins > Go button besides Manage: Com-Add-in.

    b) Check if there are add-ins listed, clear the checkbox to disable them.

    c) Close the Office program and restart it.

    d) Disable each add-in one at a time, restart the Outlook, and repeat the above procedure. If the issue reappears again, it will help you to determine which add-in is causing this issue.

    Dear sandynapoleon-hudson,

    Could you open Internet Explorer and do the following: 

    Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. Scroll down to the section headed Security. 

    Do you have a tick in the box 'Check for publishers certificate revocation' and no tick in the box below that (server certificate)? 

    Further down that section is there a tick against 'Warn about certificate address mismatch'?

    Kindly check and restart the computer

    Well, forget that sucess! As soon as I went back on this morning into Outlook, the stinking Security Warning box is back and as annoying as ever! So much for the add ons being the solution. This is making me absolutely nuts!

    Got into the add-ons and that was the problem. Once I disabled the Java add-ons the problem was resolved. Thanks for your help!

    I have no run option in Accessories. I am in XP.

    Maybe something in the Control Panel?
