What is SearchProtect by Conduit? is is needed or I can search the Web without it?  Please answer me

    SearchProtect is a program that freezes search engine settings in some browsers, so if you change search engine settings they revert back. However, it is used by many hijackers nowdays, in your case Conduit, , so you should uninstall it usually. Adwcleaner, Junkware removal tool removes it.

    Note, that there are legitimate uses for it, but they rarely are used for that.

    Adware/PUP/Browser Redirect.

    Suggest you remove it.
